How long have you been taking Pilates? 1.5 years
What do you like about 15 to Fit? The staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and all clients are happy and friendly!
How has your body changed since beginning Pilates? Arms, legs, and abs are definitely slimmer and defined.
What have you done to achieve those results? I try to attend at least 3 classes per week!
What would you say to someone who has a hard time sticking to an exercise routine? Find something you like! I tried programs such as aerobic classes, walking, dvds at home, and I would get bored easily. After taking a Pilates reformer classes, I was hooked and I look forward to attending class!
