How long have you been doing Pilates?
I have been doing Pilates for just over a year now and am completely hooked.
How have you seen your body change since beginning Pilates?
Pilates has helped my body to become more lean in so many ways. I have lost weight, but am so much stronger than I have ever been. My alignment is correct, my aches and pains have minimized, and balance has improved. As an equestrian, my riding has improved significantly as well.
How has 15 to Fit helped you specifically?
15 to Fit has become my other family. I am a part of a group of inspirational people who help me hold myself accountable and celebrate accomplishments with me. I cannot imagine starting my day without 15 to Fit.
What would you say to someone who has never tried Pilates or has a hard time sticking to an exercise routine?
You will not be disappointed. I recently introduced a good friend who travels a ton to Pilates and she is hooked. You see and feel changes so quickly and it’s so rewarding. Plus with 15 to Fit you are able to choose from so many classes and packages so there is a plan and time for everyone!
