Challenge yourself with a dynamic, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels! Sculpt and define your arms with Cross-Core suspension trainers, the Pilates reformer, and the 15 to Fit Toning Ladder & Springboard. With 50% of the class on the reformer, you’ll build strength, stability, and endurance in a fun, effective workout. Modifications available—come ready to move!
MODERATE-PACED

Build strength and endurance with an energetic workout! Focus on toning legs, improving balance, and boosting metabolism with controlled movements. Not for beginners. With at least 50% of the class dedicated to the Pilates reformer, you’ll refine your strength and stability while flowing through seamless equipment transitions. Ideal for those already familiar with Pilates equipment and cues, this class is not recommended for beginners. If you’re unsure whether this class is the right fit for you, consult your 15 to Fit instructors before joining.
QUICK-PACED
