What made you start doing Pilates? I started running 10 years ago bc I feared it, and decided to stop being ruled by fear. Hated it at first. Soon began loving it and started marathons. Started doing Pilates to supplement the running.
What do you like about Pilates? Love the core part of it and the stretching. Do it 3 days/week.
How long have you been doing Pilates? 8 years
Have you done Pilates at any other studios other than 15 to Fit? yes in Pennsylvania
What results have you achieved since starting your program? All around growth and toning. My flexibility has improved. My core has stayed strong through Pilates.
How did you get motivated to achieve your goals? I’m very goal oriented. When I set myself a goal, I stick to it. I never not do what I set out to do.
What would you say to people that haven’t been able to stick to an exercise program for encouragement? Don’t find excuses. Just put your brain in the mode of ‘no excuses’. Set goals that are reachable. Decide to do it, and do it. Even baby goals can build up to something great.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program? I’ve told so many people, I think your program is fabulous. Every class is different. Which is great bc I get bored. I’ve never felt that here. Instructors are fabulous.
What do you like best about 15 to Fit? More than anything, I love the instructors
