How long have you been doing Pilates? 
Almost two years.
 
How has Pilates helped you? 
It has helped me find my balance and I feel stronger. 
 
How has 15 to Fit helped you? 
Everybody at the studio is wonderful.  They all work with you to make sure you can better yourself and adjust the exercises to your abilities I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 18 years and my doctor said I needed to exercise more.  My sciatica has also improved because of the stretches we do.
 
What would you say to someone who has a hard time sticking to an exercise routine? 
Take it one day at a time.  Try different things and find what you enjoy.
