How long have you been taking Pilates?

I’ve been taking Pilates for 3 1/2 years.

What do you like about 15 to Fit?

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, I’m not sure if I can list it all. You’re kind people. 15ToFit is a happy place to be and there’s a great sense of community here.   You are cheerful and kind and  it’s something I look forward to.

How has your body changed since beginning Pilates?

I am much stronger. It has helped me decrease my back pain. I just feel better.

What have you done to achieve those results? 

I come consistently two days a week. I incorporated some of the exercises I’ve learned at 15 to fit into a home program that I do daily. I also eat healthier.

What would you say to someone who has a hard time sticking to an exercise routine?

The results of your life are a lot better if you stick to a routine than if you don’t. You’ll feel better physically. You’ll feel better emotionally and as a result you’ll look better.
