Congratulations, Danielle Rylance!

Danielle is very positive and dedicated. She seems to take her Pilates practice seriously and works hard every class. She is also very thoughtful and considerate for helping so many of her friends by referring them to our program!

1. How long have you been taking Pilates?
Danielle has been taking Pilates since April 2018.
2. What do you like about 15 to Fit?
She loves that the classes are always changing and its never the same old thing. The variety has motivated her to get up and out to classes. She also is very happy that all of the instructors focus on form. So, she never feels like she will injure herself.
3. How has your body changed since beginning Pilates?
Her back pain has definitely been less. She had sciatica  pain before and it is all cleared up. She also has scoliosis, which has improved.
4. What would you say to someone who has a hard time sticking to an exercise routine?
She has loved the atmosphere at 15 to Fit – that it is very positive and nurturing. She was a runner prior and was afraid to try Pilates. But since she walked into the studio has felt comfortable and accomplished! Her advice would be “to just try it the first time…”
