  • You are a previous member of 15 to Fit and want to experience the 15 to Fit magic again!
  • The semi private sessions fit your schedule best. 

We offer semi private sessions.  These are not traditional classes, they are small group sessions with only 6 people in class.

This small number allows a greater level of attention to details, safety and ultimately results.

  • You are brand new to Pilates on a Reformer
  • You have some reformer experience, but have never used the 15 to Fit Method™ Split carriage reformer
  • If you’re dealing with  injury, discomfort or limitations that keep you from relishing the activities you love

Our Semi Private Session Levels

Precision: 15 to Fit Method™

If you are new to Pilates this is a good starting point. These sessions will introduce you to the 15 to Fit Method™, essential skills for higher level classes, and common alignment cues.

Choose the Precision Semi-Private If /When You:

  • Are new to 15 to Fit Method™ and Pilates in general
  • Need a lot of cues from the instructor and a slower paced class
  • Want a great session with corrective exercises and stress reduction
  • Have physical limitations to consider

All Level: 15 to Fit Method

This is an all levels semi-private and can be modified for beginners and advanced clients alike.  In these classes you will work on foundational movements that will help improve your posture, balance and strength.  Instructors will provide modifications to make it easier or more challenging, as needed.

Choose the All Levels Semi Private If / When You: 

  • Are new to 15 to Fit Method™ and when cued by your instructor you can modify or increase the intensity of your workout accordingly
  • Have physical limitations to consider
  • Want an energizing workout that individually challenges you.

Moderately Paced: 15 to Fit Method

These classes assume you know when to modify for yourself and have an understanding of common alignment cues. You’ll refine your abilities and work on  more intricate movements.

Choose the Moderate-Paced 15 to Fit Method™ Semi Private If/When you

  • Are familiar with Pilates equipment transitions and cues.
  • Are able to adjust your spine and body when cued. 
  • Are working towards coordinating your breath with movement
  • Want to feel like you’ve had a great, challenging workout.  You will tone your entire body, improve your balance and increase your metabolism.

Quick-Paced: 15 to Fit Method

This class is for our high-level intermediate and advanced practitioners.  The pace of the transitions and the difficulty of the exercises are for veterans of Pilates reformer and 15 to Fit Method™.

Choose the Quick-Paced Semi Private If / When You:

  • Have the stamina and capacity to work at a quicker pace
  • Can do balance work on an unstable surface safely while changing positions
  • Are able and aware of how to activate specific muscle
  • Are very familiar with Pilates positional cues and terminology
  • Want a very challenging workout that will have you shaking, sweating and getting stronger by the minute.
