Introductory Private Session $59

Get Started with an Introductory Private Session if:

  • If you’re dealing with injury, discomfort or limitations that keep you from relishing the activities you love.  
  • You prefer the results and environment that private appointments provide. 
  • You prefer to gain some confidence and skills in private sessions before you join the Semi-private group classes.

In your 50 minute Introductory Private Session:

  • One of our Master Instructors will ask you focused questions to help you establish your goals in detail
  • In this 50 minute one-on-one session your instructor will guide you through a personalized session tailored to your needs.
  • If we have a good fit, your instructor will  outline which program options suit you best.

Currently, we offer complete wellness programs in which we cover everything you need to know to get the best results possible from your fitness program.  We spend a lot of time ensuring that your alignment and technique is optimal in order to achieve serious results.  

We have some clients that just do private sessions, some clients that meet with us for our semi-private small group sessions and some that do a combination of both.  All of our memberships start at $189 per month and up.
