Rotational Pilates with 15 to Fit Body Sculpting
Learn some of the new rotational Pilates exercises inspired by Garuda Pilates that Patrea learned in France.
Work your entire core in new ways.
You will also do some challenging cardio Body Sculpting exercises with unique 15 to Fit exercises and series.
You will need a Pilates reformer of any type. Patrea will be teaching from an Allegro 2 with a Tower and F.I.T. Kit, but you can use any type of standard Pilates reformer successfully.
Deep Stretch
Don’t mistake this for lying around stretching. You will do mobility and strengthening exercises from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. This class will help your posture by stretching and strengthening the muscles that need it most to overcome a day spent at a computer or sitting too much!
