What do you like about 15 to Fit?
I like the variety of exercises working your whole body, the supportive environment, and having the time to focus on my fitness, clearing my mind.
How has your body changed since beginning Pilates?
My body is firmer and trimmer, with more definition since starting Pilates.
What have you done to achieve those results?
I like the flexibility of the various times for classes and privates, so I can meet my commitments to exercise and all my other life demands.
What would you say to someone who has a hard time sticking to an exercise routine?
I would tell others to try it and you will see results that will motivate you to stick with it.
