What made you decide you wanted or needed to start an exercise program?
I already had a routine, but wanted to add some extra
What made you start doing Pilates?
Something new to try!  Always heard great things.
What do you like about Pilates?
Pilates is challenging and can be modified to fit the individual.  I like that after a class, I’ve had a total body workout in 45 minutes.

How long have you been doing Pilates?
Just over 8 months

Have you done Pilates at any other studios other than 15 to Fit?
No

What results have you achieved since starting your program?
Stronger core, better posture, toned arms and I feel a whole lot better

How did you get motivated to achieve your goals?
The need to focus on my health and a consistent fitness routine
 
Is there anything about you that makes your exercise story unique?
No, not really – wish I had started Pilates a long time ago!
What would you say to people that haven’t been able to stick to an exercise program for
encouragement
?
Pilates is so versatile.  You can begin the program at your own pace and challenge yourself as you gain confidence and strength.

What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
Try Pilates!  You will love the atmosphere and the instructors are there to encourage and help you!

What do you like best about 15 to FIt?
So many things!  Definitely the instructors, but also the small class sizes, variety of workouts, and it is never boring!

What made you decide you wanted or needed to start an exercise program?
I play high school and travel basketball. This means I play and train year round, so my back and legs were always hurting.

What made you start doing Pilates?
I am 6’6″ and grew quickly over the past few years. I started Pilates to get rid of pain and tightness in my back, legs and shoulders.

What do you like about Pilates?
Stretches my legs and upper body and improves my strength.

How long have you been doing Pilates?
6 months

Have you done Pilates at any other studios other than 15 to Fit?
No

What results have you achieved since starting your program?
Better posture and improvement with my basketball.
Is there anything about you that makes your exercise story unique?
No

What would you say to people that haven’t been able to stick to an exercise program for

?
Find something that you enjoy and stick with it.
