New Month! New Move! Today is week 1 of our June's New Month! New Move! Today is week 1 of our June's Move of the Month Monday! Our Training Instructor Catherine is demonstrating the beginning of our Starting Stretch Series for June. 
Breakdown:
Inside reformer, no springs attached. Squats, spinal waves and typewriter pushups. 

The Starter Stretch is great mobility for the full body!  Clients work spinal mobility, abdominal strength, hip, leg, arm and glute strength.

Another week = a progression to our Move of the Mo Another week = a progression to our Move of the Month! For week 2, we have Arms Rowing on Reformer and Seated with Rolling Spine Down and Up. We progressed from rowing with bands at the ladder to the reformer. This group of exercises mobilizes the back, shoulders and arms while also working the abdominals.
