This month we are featuring two of our clients because we just couldn’t feature one without the other. Always together in class and outside the studio Bryan Brzezinski & Phoebe Lee are enjoying being on their fitness journey as a couple.

Bryan and Phoebe have been married for over two years. Meeting at work, Bryan said “She yelled at me on my first day.” Phoebe was training the new interns and had told them they were done for the day. Bryan wanted to stay because they were working on a big project and when Phoebe saw him, she admonished him and told him to go home. Luckily, he didn’t take offense and they eventually got married.

Phoebe is a cloud engineer and Bryan works in cyber security and they both work from home. Then after work you can find them doing everything together, including Pilates. Having fairly sedentary jobs they knew that they had to do something to keep themselves in shape. After trying many different workouts and trying to figure out what they wanted to do, Phoebe saw some videos of Pilates and they decided they should give it a try. After taking some private sessions together, they joined classes and have been with us for over a year.

Bryan says he loves the combination of stretching and resistance training. Phoebe often feels gross after work, not feeling like working out but after class she feels amazing. And, as she also says, “My butt is looking great!” (Bryan agrees!) They like it so much that they say they want to do it for the rest of their lives and they know they can, taking inspiration from all of the other clients that they see.

They always arrive with a smile on their face and take reformers next to each other. You will always see them doing things together in the studio and outside the studio. They say it makes everything better and much more fun! We look forward to helping Phoebe and Bryan continue to enjoy their time together for many more years to come!

The SNL skit on Pilates got us. 😂😂😂 At 15 to Fit Method we don’t practice that type of Pilates. However, when I told one of our clients we are nicer than the instructor in that skit she just side eyed me. Hmmmm…

Meet our Star of the month - Traci Hughes!

Traci has been a dedicated member of 15 to Fit for almost eight years now. Her journey with us began after exploring various workout options without finding one that truly resonated with her. Intrigued by Pilates, Traci decided to give it a try, accompanying her neighbor who was already a member. Since that initial visit, she has remained a loyal part of our community.

Traci's enthusiasm for Pilates was immediate, and she quickly discovered the profound difference it made in how she felt post-workout. For her, the highlight of each session is the reformer – an experience she describes as unparalleled.

Her steadfast commitment to fitness is guided by advice from one of her former personal trainers: "Never miss a Monday or go more than three days without working out." Traci has embraced this mantra wholeheartedly, going to great lengths to prioritize her fitness regimen, even seeking out Pilates classes while on vacation. Her dedication knows no bounds, as evidenced by her early morning calls to reserve spots in Hawaii's classes at her hotel.

Traci's presence at 15 to Fit is a constant source of positivity. Her infectious smile and unwavering determination serve as inspiration to those around her. She firmly believes in the importance of finding an exercise routine that resonates personally. Prior to discovering Pilates, she struggled to maintain consistency in her fitness journey. However, since incorporating Pilates into her life, she has noticed significant improvements in her overall tone, flexibility, and balance.

For Traci, 15 to Fit holds a special place in her heart. She values the intimate, supportive environment of our small studio, where personalized training and small class sizes foster a sense of community. The expertise of our instructors further enhances her experience, ensuring that each session is both challenging and rewarding.

Traci's unwavering commitment to her well-being and to 15 to Fit has not gone unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our client family and appreciate her ongoing support. Thank you, Traci, for being an inspiration to us all!
