Patrea Aeschliman
Patrea Aeschliman has been a fitness trainer for over 25 years. She has a degree in exercise science and fitness from Ball State University and is a comprehensively trained Power Pilates instructor. In addition, she is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Troy Aeshliman
Troy is the co-owner of 15 to Fit. He played basketball, baseball and football in high school and went on to pursue baseball as a student at Purdue University. Not only has he played competitive baseball for over 40 years, he has also coached all levels of baseball from Little League to semi-professional.
Karen Jansen
15 to Fit 500-Hour Certified Pilates Instructor
Karen is a certified personal trainer and has been a group fitness instructor for more than 20 years. In addition, Karen is well known in the golf industry. She was named 2007 LPGA Golf Teacher of the Year and has been a golf Instructor for over 20 years. Karen even created a golf-specific exercise program called Cardiogolf. She is a 15 to Fit certified Pilates instructor.
15 to Fit 500-Hour Certified Pilates Instructor
Kimmy spent 5 years in the education world before coming to work at 15 to Fit. She was an intercollegiate athlete, and since then has coached both basketball and soccer for 7 years at various levels for various schools and sports clubs. She currently is the varsity girls basketball coach and varsity girls soccer coach at Pine Lake Preparatory. Kimmy is a 15 to Fit certified Pilates instructor and has been working at 15 to Fit since September of 2015.
15 to Fit 500-Hour Certified Pilates Instructor
Hallie has spent most of her life as an athlete in tennis, volleyball and Olympic weightlifting. She played division one volleyball at the University of Hartford as an outside hitter. After college, she trained athletes in volleyball and strength training. Professionally, Hallie worked as a chiropractic assistant for five years where she gained experience in spinal health. In addition to now being a Pilates instructor, Hallie also cooks up healthy desserts for a local meal delivery company!
15 to Fit 500-Hour Certified Pilates Instructor
A native of Georgia, April's passion for adventure led her to see the world before finding home in Mooresville. She played competitive soccer at a young age and continued throughout high school and college. After graduating from the University of Georgia April lived in New York City, was an active member of the New York Road Runners club and trained in yoga and mat pilates. Today April’s energy goes to her family and fitness.

15 to Fit offers the safety of Pilates combined with the effectiveness of scientifically proven strength training methods from Masters Level and PhD Exercise Physiologists in the NSCA.  The National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist is the most respected certification among strength and conditioning coaches and personal trainers. You must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field as a pre-requisite.  Contrast this to many national chain fitness facilities with no pre-requisites and a weekend certification course and you will understand why there are so many injuries in the unregulated industry of fitness and personal training.
